Easements
The Trust Lands Administration issues easements for power lines, pipelines, roadways, communication lines and other linear grants. The application form is provided on-line for interested parties to download. An application fee of $750 will be required of the applicant upon acceptance of the application by the Administration. Typical processing requirements include cultural resource surveys, review by local government, and a 30-day review by the Resource Development Coordinating Committee. Fees for easements are provided in the following table. The fee table may be downloaded.
